Any content You create or share on social media, or other platforms about Golden Rule is solely Your responsibility. Golden Rule Mushroom Company is not liable for any claims, statements, or representations made in such content, and these should not be considered official Company communications unless We have given prior written approval. You agree to ensure Your content follows applicable laws and guidelines, and to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Rule Mushroom Company from any issues that may arise from Your independent creations.
Golden Rule Mushrooms offers a Partner Referral Program designed to reward individuals and organizations (“Partners”) for referring customers and/or other Partners to our products and services. By participating in this program, all Partners agree to the following terms:
Independent Relationship: Participation in the Partner Referral Program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship between the Partner and Golden Rule Mushrooms. Partners act as independent entities and are solely responsible for their own actions, business activities, and compliance with any applicable laws.
Referral Conduct: Partners must ensure that any referrals made under their name (including customers or additional partners) are conducted ethically, legally, and in alignment with Golden Rule Mushrooms’ values. Golden Rule Mushrooms is not liable for any misrepresentation, misconduct, or unauthorized claims made by a Partner or any individual or entity referred by them.
Referral Oversight: Partners are responsible for the behavior and actions of individuals or partners they refer into the program. Any violation of these Terms of Conditions e by a referred individual may result in corrective action against the referring Partner, including suspension or removal from the program, at Golden Rule’s sole discretion.
Program Termination and Changes: Golden Rule Mushrooms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Referral Program, or a Partner’s participation in it, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to unethical conduct, misuse of brand representation, or violations of these Terms of Conditions.
Tracking and Compensation: Referral tracking and commission structure are determined by Golden Rule Mushrooms and managed through approved platforms. All commissions are subject to review and eligibility based on accurate referral activity and program compliance.
Ethical Representation & Compliance: Partners must refrain from making medical claims, engaging in deceptive marketing, or misrepresenting the brand, the legality of products, or program structure. This applies to both customer and partner referrals. Golden Rule Mushrooms reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Partner account or downline access, and withhold commissions, if any violation of policy, brand misrepresentation, or unethical conduct occurs within a Partner’s referral network.
Limitation of Liability: Golden Rule Mushrooms shall not be held liable for any actions taken by a Partner or their referrals (including their referred Partners or customers). Partners agree to indemnify and hold Golden Rule harmless from any third-party claims arising from their participation in the Partner Referral Program.
By participating in the Partner Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as an extension of the Golden Rule Mushrooms Terms of Service.
