My Morning Microdosing Routine

As of NOW (because let’s be real, it’s always evolving), I’m microdosing every other day. This is a new rhythm I’m experimenting with to see how it feels in my life. In the past, I’ve stuck to the tried-and-true 1/2 protocol and the 4/3 protocols for quite a while. If you’re just starting out, I highly recommend beginning there.

But in the spirit of adventure, I decided to shake things up—why not? So far, it’s been invigorating! Currently, I’m alternating between MiniHappy 100mg and SOL LSD 10µg, depending on the day’s vibe.

My mornings start before the rest of the house is up. That quiet time, that sacred window of stillness, is all mine. I use it for journaling and a few specific prompts that help me set the tone for the day:

  1. How do I feel today?
  2. How do I want to feel today?
  3. Who do I want to be today?
  4. What do I want to gift the world today?
  5. What do I want to receive today?

After journaling, I dive into my breathwork routine, which helps me feel grounded and aligned. As I move through the rest of my morning, there’s no music, no podcasts—just pure silence. It’s the perfect companion to my microdosing practice, amplifying that inner connection and creating space for deep contemplation.

And here’s the thing: contemplation has become one of my greatest tools for success. In our busy, fast-paced world, we often overlook this simple yet powerful practice. But I promise you, it’s a game-changer. It guides you to all the places you’ve wanted to go but never knew how to reach.

Let’s get real about the power of microdosing paired with contemplation. They’re cosmic siblings in my world, working hand in hand to bring clarity and focus. 

So how do you get the most out of your microdose through contemplation? 

Let me break it down:

  1. Find your calm amidst the chaos. Whether it’s walking, driving, showering, or journaling, just be. Let the stillness settle in.
  2. Drop a thought into your mind’s pool. Maybe something’s been bugging you, or a decision’s been looming. Start asking yourself questions. For example, if you’re frustrated about something, ask, “Why does this bother me?” And keep peeling back the layers.
  3. Watch the ripples. Let those insights roll in—there’s no rush.
  4. Let the microdose clear the fog. It’ll help you see the hidden gems that were always there, waiting for you to discover.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. Contemplation is like taking a slow walk through the garden of your mind, letting the thoughts and feelings bloom naturally.

Throughout the day, I revisit these reflections. It’s like the microdose is my compass, always pointing me toward those hidden wonders, those little “aha” moments that make life richer.
